Final Conference of STEMazing Women at UCLM! – 18/11/2025

The University of Castilla–La Mancha recently hosted the final conference of the STEMazing Women project, bringing together participants, partners, and young women from rural areas to celebrate the project’s results and impact.

Throughout the event, we highlighted how the initiative supported young women in developing essential STEM skills, strengthening their confidence, and exploring new opportunities in education and employment.

Discussions focused on:

🔹 The value of mentorship and accessible training

🔹 Practical steps to continue promoting gender diversity in STEM
