During the meeting, participants engaged in insightful discussions centered on analyzing the specific needs and local challenges that each partner country faces in waste management. A key focus was the development of a digital platform, designed to collect, analyze, and share best practices from various communities, enabling knowledge exchange and fostering innovation in sustainable waste solutions. Furthermore, the discussion emphasized the strategic design of Eco-Marathons, interactive events that will actively engage citizens, local authorities, and organizations in hands-on initiatives. These marathons will serve as a bridge for collaboration, empowering communities to co-create effective and scalable solutions for a greener, more sustainable future.
