ECO CHAMPIONS– A Cross-Border Dialogue for Sustainable Waste Management! – 30/04/2025

On April 30, we proudly gathered 159 participants from 5 countries – Belgium, Kosovo, Italy, Greece, and Spain – to take part in our ECO CHAMPIONS online workshop. The aim? To present national survey results on household waste habits and promote an exchange of best practices for a more sustainable future. 

The day kicked off with greetings from partner organizations, followed by an overview of the project and the agenda. Participants then joined national rooms to deep-dive into their country’s findings, using intergenerational and storytelling approaches—with a focus on young women’s perspectives.

 From local solutions to digital innovation, the workshop was a powerful reminder that sustainable change starts with informed, engaged citizens — across generations and borders.
