GROWTH is an Erasmus+ project that empowers young people across Europe—especially those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds—by promoting entrepreneurship as a tool for personal growth, resilience, and social change. Through innovative training curricula, a gamified e-learning platform, and personalized mentoring, the project offers youth the skills, mindset, and community support they need to become confident and capable entrepreneurs.

GROWTH is more than a business education program. It adopts a holistic and inclusive approach to youth empowerment, strengthening participants’ self-worth, positive emotions, and adaptability in a challenging labor market. The project fosters intercultural learning, promotes creativity and innovation, and provides practical tools that help young people turn ideas into action.

Key Objectives:

  • Promote entrepreneurial skills through hands-on training, mentoring, and peer learning.
  • Foster cross-cultural understanding of youth entrepreneurship across Europe.
  • Create sustainable learning tools, including a gamified platform and interactive toolkit.
  • Support young people to thrive personally and professionally by building their confidence and entrepreneurial mindset.
