GROWTH was an Erasmus+ project that empowered young people across Europe—especially those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds—by promoting entrepreneurship as a tool for personal growth, resilience, and social change. Through innovative training curricula, a gamified e-learning platform, and personalized mentoring, the project offered youth the skills, mindset, and community support they needed to become confident and capable entrepreneurs.

GROWTH was more than a business education program. It adopted a holistic and inclusive approach to youth empowerment, strengthening participants’ self-worth, positive emotions, and adaptability in a challenging labor market. The project fostered intercultural learning, promoted creativity and innovation, and provided practical tools that helped young people turn ideas into action.

Key Objectives:

  • Promoted entrepreneurial skills through hands-on training, mentoring, and peer learning. Fostered cross-cultural understanding of youth entrepreneurship across Europe.
  • Created sustainable learning tools, including a gamified platform and interactive toolkit.
  • Supported young people to thrive personally and professionally by building their confidence and entrepreneurial mindset.
